The blue screen is a symbol of hardware problem. In most of the cases, the RAM is the culprit. It may be damaged or not working properly. Hard disks can also the culprit as   well.

You can check your RAM with window memory diagnostic tool. Go to Start button> Control Panel. In the search box, type Memory, and then click diagnose your computer's memory problems.‌ Provide administrator password if prompted.

Your PC gets restarted and waits until it completes. Your PC will automatically restart, once the test is completed.

If you find problem with the RAM, you should send your laptop for its service centre to get it repaired.
